Veteran's Day In Manchester

The annual parade will take place tomorrow, Friday, November 11, and will conclude with a ceremony in Veteran's Park.

Order of events:

• Parade starts at 10:30 am at Elm and Webster.

• The parade will march south on Elm St.

• At 11:00 am in front of City Hall the parade will pause for silence and the playing of Taps.

• The parade will end at Veteran's park with a wreath-laying ceremony

Elm St. will be closed in the morning to accommodate the parade.

Some businesses will be having veteran's day specials, including:

• Red Arrow Diner - veterans and active military can eat for free.

• Farm Bar & Grille - 25% off for veterans

• Shadow and Soul - daily discount of 10% off for veterans and military personnel.
