U.S. Marshals Seeking "Fugitive Of The Week"

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Michael Rand.

Rand is being sought on an arrest warrant for a supervised release violation. Rand was convicted in U.S. District Court in 2022.

Rand was last known to reside in Rochester, but it has been reported he has moved out of his last known address.

If you see someone who resembles Rand, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
