Two Women Indicted For Sale Of Drugs Causing Death
MANCHESTER, NH - The Hillsborough County Grand Jury has indicted two Manchester women for allegedly providing drugs to people that caused their deaths.
Court paperwork accuses Leela Cable, 28, of 92 Walnut Street, "on or about the 17th day of February 2023, at Manchester in the County of Hillsborough, aforesaid, did commit the crime of Sale of a Controlled Drug: Death Resulting in that Leela Cable did knowingly sell or dispense fentanyl, a schedule II controlled drug, “T.T.,” and that drug was ingested, inhaled, or injected by T.T. resulting in T.T.'s death."
A warrant was issued for Cable for two charges, including the sale of a controlled drug, death resulting, and the sale of a controlled drug, heroin. She is currently in custody at Hillsborough County House of Corrections and will be arraigned in March.
Tonya Hoisington, 35, of 150 Perimeter Road, was indicted by the Hillsborough County Grand Jury for allegedly providing drugs to people that caused their death.
Court paperwork accuses Tonya Worthington "on or about the 25th day of September 2022, at Manchester in the County of Hillsborough, aforesaid, did commit the crime of Sale of a Controlled Drug: Death Resulting in that Tonya Hoisington did knowingly sell or dispense a quantity of the Schedule I controlled drug fentanyl to Michael Fleet, and a quantity of that controlled drug was subsequently injected, inhaled or ingested by H.D., resulting in H.D.'s death.
A warrant has been issued for Hoisington for two charges, including the sale of a controlled drug, death resulting, and the sale of a controlled drug, heroin.
