Police Arrest Man In Connection To Hotel Assault Where A Shot Was Fired, and Man Injured
MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Police have arrested a 32-year-old man as part of the investigation into an incident outside of the Even Hotel on John Devine Drive on Monday.
Police arrived at the incident at about 4:30 a.m. and found a man suffering from a head injury that appeared to have happened during an assault. The victim was uncooperative with
Blood was found outside of the hotel and also at the Sunoco station that is adjacent to the parking lot of the hotel. In the Sunoco parking lot, police say they also found a shell casing.
Through the investigation, police learned that there had been a fight inside the hotel that involved several people. During the course of the incident, a man was robbed and assaulted. The group then went outside where the altercation continued and moved into the Sunoco parking lot. At that point, a gun was fired.
Police arrested and charged Angel Caballery, 32 of Manchester with First Degree Assault, First Degree Assault (Attempted), Armed Robbery, Riot, and Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon. All charges against Caballery are felonies.
