Nashua Police Arrest Manchester Woman Accused Of Criminal Threatening With A Firearm
Nashua Police arrested Shayna King-Hoggard, age 32, of Manchester on an arrest warrant charging her with Criminal Threatening, Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony on Monday. On Sunday at approximately 8:58 p.m., members of the Uniform Field Operations Bureau responded to a downtown address for the report of a disturbance occurring outside, where an individual was threatened with a firearm according to police.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation and determined King-Hoggard was the person responsible for pointing the firearm. Detectives applied for and were granted an arrest warrant charging Shayna King-Hoggard with Criminal Threatening, Deadly Weapon- Class B Felony. A Class B Felony is punishable by up to 7 years in State Prison, exclusive of fines. King-Hoggard was released on a cash bail pending her arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District at a later date.
