Marc Cincotta Arrested While Out On Bail

Marc Cincotta, 63, of Manchester (no set address) was arrested Wednesday in connection with an incident that happened earlier this month involving a threat.

On March 1, 2023, while out on bail, Cincotta reportedly confronted a man inside a local restaurant and threatened him.

This came ten days after Cincotta was released on PR bail for a First Degree Assault charge from October 2022. In that incident, Cincotta allegedly stabbed a man he knew at a homeless camp. Police set up a perimeter, and a drone and SWAT personnel were deployed to look for Cincotta. After several hours, he was located hiding in a tree stand in the woods. Cincotta was charged with First Degree Assault, Felon in Possession of a Deadly Weapon (2 counts), and Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute.

Cincotta now faces additional charges of Stalking, Witness Tampering, and Criminal Threatening. Cincotta will be arraigned today (March 16, 2023) in Hillsborough Superior Court- North.
