Manchester Lions Club To Hold Benefit Concert At Stark Brewery
MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester Lions Club, a local chapter of an international nonprofit service organization dedicated to focus on supporting vision, the environment, childhood cancer, hunger, diabetes, and other pressing humanitarian needs to help address some of the biggest challenges facing humanity, today announced a benefit concert that will raise funds for the Lions to give back to the Manchester community. They will be holding the music event on Sunday, May 15. The event runs from 1 PM to 4 PM, and tickets are $10. Tickets can be purchased by contacting manchesternhlionsclub@gmail.com.
The event will be held at the Stark Brewery in Manchester NH. Concert goers can purchase food and drinks from the Stark Brewery menu, including many options for an enjoyable experience.
Tim Kierstead, a local NH musician will lead the concert and perform in hopes to raise money for the Manchester Lions Club. Kierstead has been performing, writing, and teaching music for over 30 years; eventually sharing the stage with and opening shows for Willie Nelson, Keith Urban, and Ronnie Earl. Amanda Dane will be headlining the show for the afternoon. She has been playing on the Seacoast for three years. Dane is from Dover and has a career as a singer and actress, being on stages, screens, and commercials. The audience can expect a setlist with classic American Rock and Roll. Also performing is local musician, Mikey G., of NH Music Collective. Mikey is regularly seen with his acoustic guitar at Manchester’s Backyard Brewery, as well as other local restaurants. When he is not playing for others, he can be found instructing lessons at Strings & Things Music. Listeners can expect a country, rock and roll, or jazz-inspired setlist.
