Manchester Fire Promotes 19 Year Veteran To Supervisor

The Manchester Fire Department announced the promotion of Scott Silkman to the position of Emergency Communications Supervisor.

Silkman has been with Manchester Fire as a dispatcher for 19 years and has handled thousands of critical emergency incident calls.

The position of Supervisor recently opened after the retirement of Christina Lemieux who served the City of Manchester for 28 years. Christina has been a Manchester Fire dispatcher since March of 1993, retiring as a supervisor in Fire Alarm.
