Man Out on Bail Arrested for Felon in Possession of Deadly Weapon

On October 31, 2023, at approximately 3:40 AM, Manchester Police responded to 200 Precourt St for a reported noise complaint.

Arriving officers did not hear any noise but did find a vehicle occupied by four males. Police could see a firearm near the male in the driver’s seat and cash inside the vehicle.

Police learned that the male in the driver’s seat, Anastase Kabura, 24 of Manchester, had active bail conditions out of Manchester District Court in relation to an October 27 arrest for Disorderly Conduct. He was also found to be a convicted felon. Kabura was arrested and charged with Felon in Possession of a Deadly Weapon as well as Breach of Bail.

Kabura was also out on bail twice from Hillsborough Superior Court, once in relation to drug charges earlier this year, and again for Habitual Offender charges on October 22.

Kabura is being held at the Valley Street Jail pending a hearing today (11/1/2023).
