Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure On Elm St.

On August 7, 2022, Manchester Police responded to Margaritas at 1037 Elm St for a report of a man exposing himself to customers while they ate dinner on the restaurant’s patio.

The manager told police he had asked the man to leave, and he did. However, a short time later, the man returned and engaged in the same behavior before leaving the area.

Officers located a man meeting the suspect’s description further down the Elm St. He was identified as 51-year-old William Cavataio of Manchester.

Cavataio was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure/Gross Lewdness. Cavataio’s bail was set at $250 cash or surety and his court date is September 13, 2022.
