Man Arrested For Criminal Threatening

On January 10, 2023, at approximately 5:45 PM, Manchester Police responded to 26 Sullivan St for a report of a male threatening someone with a gun.

The victim told police that he had been involved in an altercation with two males. He reported that both were yelling, and one pointed a gun at him. The victim then ran away from the building and called the police.

Based on the circumstances and the belief that the suspect was still inside, police set up a perimeter. They were able to make contact with a male inside, who was identified as 24-year- old Kyle Gerrish of Manchester. The other male was not located.

Gerrish was not cooperative with the police and initially gave a false name. He was also found to have two electronic bench warrants for Theft by Deception and active bail conditions.

Gerrish was charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon and Unsworn Falsification for making a false statement to police. He is scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough Superior Court North today (1/11/23)
