Man Arrested for 14 Counts of Child Sexual Abuse Images

A Manchester man has been arrested and charged in connection with child sexual abuse images.

In late June, Manchester Police received information that Joseph Baio Jr of Manchester may have child sexual abuse images on his cell phone. An investigation was initiated and Baio’s phone was seized. During the investigation, police located multiple sexually explicit images of children on the phone.

Baio was arrested on August 3, 2023 and charged with 14 counts of Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Images and one count of Falsifying Physical Evidence.
