Hillary D’Entremont Indicted For Negligent Homicide For Fatal Pine Street Crash
MANCHESTER, NH - A Manchester woman has been indicted for negligent homicide by the September Hillsborough County Grand Jury in connection to a fatal accident at Merrimack and Pine Streets.
The accident in June involved a man and woman who were crossing Pine Street when Hillary D’Entremont struck them with the vehicle she was driving, the man was struck by a second vehicle after the initial collision.
Court paperwork indicates that D’Entremont was indicted for “operating a propelled vehicle while being under the influence of cannabis, caused the death” of the victim, according to the indictment.”
The night of the accident D’Entremont was charged with aggravated DUI after court paperwork said she failed a roadside sobriety test and was taken to the Elliot Hospital to have blood samples drawn for testing.
D’Entremont remains out on bail and is expected to be arraigned on the negligent homicide charge in the next month.
