Fugitive of the Week: Torin Michael Cain Ruggeri

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest Fugitive, Torin Michael Cain Ruggeri.

Ruggeri absconded from Grafton County Drug Court and failed to appear for a hearing on 12/22/2022. Ruggeri has multiple warrants. He has 3 Violations of Probation pending.

Ruggeri is known to the areas of Lebanon, Claremont, and Vermont; Ruggeri is also wanted in Vermont. He has a lengthy criminal history that consists of motor vehicle thefts, theft by unauthorized taking, and controlled drugs. Ruggeri has been known to associate with individuals that may be considered armed and dangerous.

The NH Department of Corrections is seeking any information that may lead to the location and arrest of Ruggeri. If you see someone who resembles Ruggeri, please contact the NH Department of Corrections, or your local police department.
