Fugitive of the Week: Keith Hutchings

The NH Department of Corrections is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Keith Hutchings.

Hutchings is wanted for Parole Violation stemming from an underlying conviction for First Degree Assault, where Hutchings caused serious bodily injury to his victim by stabbing him in the neck with a knife.

Hutchings has extensive ties to the Carroll County area, more specifically the Madison, NH area. The last confirmed location for Hutchings was in Madison, NH.

Hutchings has a history of violence and illicit drug use. The fugitive should be considered and armed and dangerous.
