Fugitive of the Week: Hector Lito Rodriguez

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest fugitive Hector Lito Rodriguez. The defendant is wanted for a Probation Violation, with his underlying offense Receiving Stolen Property.

On 5/10/2023, the defendant was indicted, not yet convicted, on charges of Sale of a Controlled Drug; Death Resulting in Belknap County. While on bail supervision, the defendant cut his electronic monitor and absconded from supervision.

The defendant has ties to the Concord, Penacook and Manchester areas, and was last seen with brightly dyed red hair. He may be associating with a street gang. Rodriguez has a history of illicit drug use as well as alcohol abuse.
