Fugitive of the Week: Brandon Michael Bostwick

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest fugitive Brandon Michael Bostwick. Bostwick is wanted on a Probation Violation warrant issued by the Cheshire Superior Court on 12/29/2023.

Bostwick is serving a 4-year term of probation that began on 10/30/2023 after being convicted of being a Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Theft by Unauthorized Taking of a Firearm, and Unauthorized Use of a Propelled Vehicle. All these offenses were committed while Bostwick was out on bail pending the resolution of two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Bostwick has a lengthy criminal history and is known to abuse drugs.

Shortly after beginning his term of probation, Bostwick absconded from supervision. Bostwick has ties to Cheshire and Sullivan Counties in NH, as well as Windham County, VT.
