Concord Woman Arrested And Charged With Possession Of A Car Stolen From Manchester

Londonderry, NH - A Concord woman was arrested by Londonderry police Sunday, she is accused of being in possession of a car that was stolen from Manchester.


Officer Guay of the Londonderry Police Department was conducting a routine check of the Commons Plaza businesses located at 44 Nashua Rd. While conducting the check, he observed a 2011 Honda Civic parked in front of one of the businesses. All businesses were closed at this time.

The officer observed the Civic then pull around the back of the building and a female exit the driver’s seat. The female approached a business and began banging on the door. At this time, Officer Guay approached the female to find out what she was doing. According to the report, it was determined that the female had no legitimate reason to be at the business and she provided him with a false name. The female eventually provided her real name and was identified as Further on-scene investigation revealed that the vehicle she was operating had recently been stolen out of Manchester, NH. It was also learned that Taylor Carr, 26 of Concord was out on bail stemming from a January 10th, 2023 arrest by Amherst Police for DUI, Disobeying an Officer, Operating with a Suspended License, and Receiving Stolen Property (operating a stolen vehicle). Carr was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking (Class A Felony), Driving after Suspension (Class A Misdemeanor), Disobeying an Officer (Class A Misdemeanor), Obstructing Government Administration (Class A Misdemeanor), and Breach of Bail (Class A Misdemeanor). Carr was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court on Tuesday.
